Road Transport Regulation

Road transport regulations are official provisions established by the Ministry of transport and consisting of seven parts.

Each company engaged in road transport must comply with the provisions of road transport regulations. Amendments and annexes to the road transport regulations are made by the Ministry of Transport. Amendments or annexes made by the Ministry of transport shall become law and enter into force by being published in the Official Gazette later.

Road Transport Act

Road Transport Regulation is a chain of rules consisting of seven separate parts and certain annexes, determined and formalized by the Ministry of Transport.

The relevant departments under the road transport regulation consist of the following parts;

• Part Two: Provisions Relating To The Authorization Document,
• Third part: Transport elements, vehicles and those employed in transport work,
• Part Four: Transport Layout;
• Part Five: Special activities scheduled Transport, Terminal Management and International Transport,
• Part six: audits and minutes, administrative fines and other administrative sanctions,
• Part seven: document fees, transfer of authority, miscellaneous and final provisions,

Road Transport Regulations 2020

Road Transport Regulation is an official regulation that covers the rules and provisions established by the Ministry of Transport and connects all companies providing logistics services by road.

The latest amendments to the road transport regulation were published by the Ministry of Transport on 21.11.2020 and entered into force.

The main purpose of the published regulation is to shape road transport activities in the order required by the country's economy. It is to maintain order in transport activities and to maximize safety.
