Packaging Guide

Care must be taken about the way your shipments are packed to be delivered safely and smoothly.

What Will You Need For The Right Packaging?

Suitably sized box or box.

Adhesive duct tape.

Cardboard box dividers.

Protective materials (newspaper, tissue paper, foam)

1. Step

Find a cardboard box that is big enough for all your material. Be sure to place all products in the box and fill the gaps in the box with protective materials if necessary. If your stuff is smaller than the box, you can add dividers to the box. Filling the gaps will prevent the material inside the box from moving and damaging during transport.

2. Step

You put your stuff in the box. The next step is to seal the box. This process can be done using a strong duct tape or any durable thick tape. Make sure the box is safe and sound for Transport.

3. Step

Once the box is safely closed, measure the height, height, and weight of your box. Do not forget to enter your measurements in centimetres (cm) and kilograms (kg) in the G Logistics Shipping form. Please note that the pricing of all shipments will become clear after the measurements to be made in our offices. You can measure the weight of your shipment using your kitchen scale or weighing device.

4. Step

Print the shipping label we e-mailed you. Paste the shipping label on the most visible side of the shipment. Use transparent tape to secure the label to the box, all text on the shipping label must be readable. If you do not have any transparent tape and have booked a G logistics courier to pick up your package, your courier will deliver you a label.

5. Step

When all steps are completed correctly, your shipment is ready to depart. You can drop your shipment at G logistics offices or request it to be picked up by a courier from your address.

6. Step

Once your shipment is received by G logistics couriers, you can track your shipment's journey through our cycle services. You can always call us to check the status of your post.

Other Useful Tips

If you do not have a box or arm of the required size for packaging, G Logistics will supply you with packaging material of the appropriate size.

If you have more than one material to cover a large volume, we recommend that you wrap each piece separately and protect it.

We recommend sticking the send label with plastic adhesive or with durable transparent tape. This will help reduce damage to the label and ensure the shipment is delivered to the correct destination.

When packing more than one small item, we recommend wrapping the ingredients one by one with tissue paper. You can then place the items in an appropriately sized cardboard box with dividers.

If you are using a cardboard box again, make sure that all previous labels have been removed and that the box is suitable for reuse.

You can paste the label of the item to be broken into the package. However, as damage is likely to occur, we recommend that you pack and wrap the goods appropriately.
